Ximena, has a Bachelor’s Degree in Strategic Communication & Journalism and a Master’s Degree in Customer Service Management. She worked for 16 years in the telecommunications field until she started her path as an entrepreneur, successfully creating and selling her two first companies. She is currently a partner/owner at Redex Colombia consultancy enterprise.She is a Spanish native speaker.
