Javier is a truly international consultant. He has been involved in international trade for most of his career, first as a founder of commercial companies, then participating in international non-profit organizations and working for government institutions.
He has established important relationships with government officials, Chambers of Commerce, Universities, small businesses, and NGOs. He co-founded the “How to do business in the United States” program in conjunction with the University of Texas at San Antonio and co-founded the Association of Mexican Entrepreneurs.
He currently collaborates in the Global Initiative of the Michigan Minority Empress Support Council assisting companies in their expansion to Mexico and is part of the Network of Advisors of Small and Medium Enterprises of the T-MEC of the Ministry of Economy of Mexico.
